Anaesthetic Governance Support Officer and Administrator
The Anaesthetic team are looking for enthusiastic, personable administration staff with good communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have a sound knowledge of office systems to work in our team as you will be required to provide administrate and governance support to The Anaesthetic Department. As part of your role you will assist the Support Manager with the management and upkeep of the electronic rota.
Your role involves supporting the governance processes and managing internal meetings as well as supporting with the rota system (CLW).
You should have a flexible approach and have the ability to multi-task, work in a busy environment and to be self-motivated.
This post will be based in Queen Elizabeth Hospital and your workload will be spread across 5 days. If this position appeals to you and fits your profile we would love to hear from you.
