Executive Assistant

An opportunity has arisen within our team of Executive Assistants.

The post holder will be qualified to degree level or have equivalent experience and will be required to assist the Executive Directors across a broad range of supporting duties, proactively managing all aspects of meetings, event arrangement and diary management (maintaining multiple diaries & emails).

There will be a requirement to plan and organise a range of complex activities and provide a comprehensive high level administrative and secretarial support function to the Executive Directors.

The post holder will also be expected to take responsibility and think independently, respond to sudden unexpected demands and use autonomous judgement and initiative. Equally the post holder will need to work as a member of the Corporate Support team where there will be individual and team objectives to achieve. The successful candidate will be expected to act autonomously and will be the first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries for their Executive Directors.

Interviews will be held on 26th March for applicants who are successful at shortlisting stage.
