Dietitian - Fixed Term Contract ( upto 9 months )

Band 6

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Dietitian to join our team during this time of increased demand for Dietetic Service.

You would be working closely with other Dietitians and the wider MDT to provide a specialist service to our Renal Dialysis Unit and would also have a role running Dietetic clinics in GP surgeries in West Norfolk CCG. You would have the support of Band 7 staff in both these fields.

Specialist clinical skills, a highly professional attitude along with excellent communication skills and a caring and compassionate nature are essential for this post.

You would be part of a team of 14 registered Dietitians (11.7wte), 3 Dietetic Assistants and 3 secretarial support staff. The Department is based in the Acute Trust, providing the Dietetic Service to this Trust and a clinical outreach service to West Norfolk CCG and the adjacent part of Cambridgeshire.

A range of experience in adult Dietetics is desirable and specific experience in Community and/or renal Dietetics would be an advantage.

If this is an opportunity which appeals to you, we would love to hear from you.
